我一個禮拜快走3天,1天1小時,已經一個月了,
速度大約是1圈快5分鐘,一個小時約12~13圈,
一個月下來我發現我速度有變快,大約是1圈不到4分半,
一小時下來大約14~15圈,目前是一個禮拜四~五天
一個月來我的體重都沒有任何變化,三圍也是,
所以是我走太慢了嗎?還是次數太少了?
想請問~~用快走減肥的大大們都走多快呢?
