快走後,小腿後方疼痛(像抽筋完的疼痛) - 健身

已經持續快一個月到健身房慢跑/健走,
但持續到第十天後,
左腳膝蓋後方的肌肉跟之前版友一樣,
拉直的時候會有痠痛無法伸直的感覺.
很像是搬家的時候肩膀拉傷的那種疼痛,
或是晚上睡覺抽筋隔天早上睡醒的疼痛
有問健身房教練 他說運動完要拉筋
這樣肌肉才不會過緊
拉完筋有好很多,
也慢慢改善,但有時候跑起來還是會不太舒服
想請問大家這樣要停止運動嗎?
現在勉強還是能夠健走: 6.5KM~8.5KM/Hour
但很怕肌肉疼痛的強度會越來越嚴重
請大家給點建議囉!~
(好不容易養成的運動習慣不想要停止說.... )
