我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
今年11月小產後,發現自己身上多了7公斤肥肉,更是較30歲前俗稱精華時期的體重時多
了17公斤。
胖到肉夾肉的感覺。。。很悲哀
懷孕前三年也一直想減肥。因為老公不愛運動,所以我們都是下班後快走三十分鐘。減肥
的口號,也高呼了三年。
期間試過晚餐不吃,瘦的快,但也胖的快。
體重就這樣一直徘徊在60左右,和59、61成為好朋友。
Tabata運動只有把我手臂練得更大粗,體重一直不動(怎麼和大家分享的不一樣???)
而今面臨小產後體重,只能說我體重控制失敗,默默接下徒增7公斤肥肉。眼睛在近期也
出現異狀,看了眼科醫師,建議二個月內我不能抬重物,與急速甩頭(護士說不能劇烈運
動)---離減重成功愈來愈遠。。。
雖然困難重重,還是要減重。
目前已經連續二天早起去公園快走兩小時,當天下午就會覺得有點酸痛的程度。
也物色運動器材,從leg magic plus到最近火熱的Wonder Core Smart
目前是鍾意wonder core smart,快走後可以做一下緩和的仰臥起坐或晚上繼續踩腳踏車
。

因為還想懷孕,所以很想有健康身體給胎兒居住,太胖對胎兒不好。
希望可避免劇烈運動、抬重物,但能成功瘦身的好方法
還請前輩們不吝賜教,感謝
