最近蠻煩惱自己體力不足的問題
希望可以在兩星期可以明顯增加體力的現象
目前規劃
早上七點快走到八點
晚上約八點再快走個半個小時
這樣的運動量會不會過少??
之前有認識的人說走1.5HRS約有1萬步
才規劃走約1.5HRS~
