三餐內容
早餐:御飯糰(1~2個)
午餐:便當(雞排+4菜+10元白飯)or便當(2菜+1蛋)
晚餐:便當(雞排+4菜)or炒飯(麻油雞丁)
其他:(晚上需喝一點點酒...一天抽菸頂多3~4支左右)
日常作息時間:(睡眠:PM11~半夜1點多)
生活型態:(該死領薄薄薪資的上班族)
運動習慣:
(沒注意,不知運動要量心跳)
一周(1~3次)慢跑30分鐘
一周(2~4次)揮拳70~80、站馬步30分鐘
一周(1~3次)仰臥起坐,一日約80幾下左右
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
不好意思...我以前是很瘦的人
但經過10幾年努力...身體調養有的沒的....(已經沒那麼瘦)
但還是偏瘦(169cm....54kg)
但有點讓我很不爽....就是最近
為何胖肚子...其餘部位沒有(快像啤酒肚)
能請善男信女幫忙分析...以及要如何瘦肚子
我個人認為......仰臥起坐...不是好方法(頂多作60幾下)
感覺沒效果
有沒有比較有效果的方法?????(運動上)
如晚上有喝酒......要怎樣肚子不會變大
看酒店女子...天天喝酒...身材還是沒走樣
