想問怎麼訓練出比較柔軟的肌肉
教練說我的肌肉太僵硬了 所以重訓時容易受傷
(我每次都有暖身拉筋)
教練是建議去游泳 不過這開銷還頗大的
所以有沒有不游泳的方法?
