我一周會去游泳個一兩次 每周也都跑步跑個兩三次(每次至少六公里)
偶爾會去健身房 可是心裡一直有一個疑惑
為甚麼胸肌下半部比較大塊 看起來就是不滿意
請問該做麼運動比較能讓胸肌上下均勻一點呢?
