請問划步機是否該將強度加強
或者是強度適中,以能運動超過30分鐘為主?
之前上健身房教練對划步機眾說紛紜
有人說划步機其實是訓練肌肉效果比較好
有氧效果還好
還有教練說持續中等強度加強運動時間
效果比跑步機還好
請有經驗的大大解答了 :)
