不用擔心那麼容易長出肌肉讓手臂無法變瘦
1.肌肉密度遠高於脂肪,同樣重量的肌肉與脂肪
肌肉的體積遠小於脂肪體積
比如說,手臂上同時增加 1kg 的肌肉,與 1kg 的脂肪
1kg 肌肉所擁有的"視覺體積",幾乎都被脂肪蓋掉了
2.事實上,要增加肌肉要配合飲食與訓練
如果把雙手荷重25kg當訓練,逃命+上下樓梯有"持續"十分鐘
確實是很大的運動量,也可以強化肌肉
但是,飲食若與以往一樣沒有改變
更甚之,因為家務勞累而吃了一堆不適合的食物
脂肪累積的速率會大於肌肉成長率
3.一個殘酷的現實是,壓力與勞務所帶來的肌肉緊繃
會讓人誤以為是肌肉變大了
有些剛開始運動的人,也會有此現象
因為放鬆的肌肉是軟Q的....
(只有葛屁才會...僵硬...)
有幾個測試摸到的是肌肉還是脂肪的方法
1.用手指捏住一沱肉,一沱想要測試的肌肉群+脂肪層
接著收縮肌肉,看手指能不能感受到肌肉收縮後的硬度,
以及手指是否能被肌肉撐開,適合用於四肢的肌群
2.測試腹部肌肉,可以先躺平,手指搓住肚子,
然後做電腦人腹肌運動,如果能感受到隔著皮下脂肪,傳來肌肉收縮的呼喚
那就是腹肌了
3.配合伸展運動,此時皮膚會被拉伸,脂肪層也是,
此時用手指捏要測試的肌群,如果能感覺到"硬硬"的肌肉塊
那就恭喜了,還有救
(如果很不幸的,那是腫瘤,那就要看是良性還是惡性,幾期)
如果經過種種測試,能感受到皮下組織深處傳來肌肉的呼喚
那代表肌肉還是有的,只不過被脂肪蓋住,多運動即可
如果肌肉收縮前的硬度與收縮後的硬度一樣,那就殘念了
硬硬的觸感,是我美麗的錯誤
