故事摘述:
國二女生,非常重視愛情
曾多次為愛做傻事
這次和喜歡的男生見面時 被對方嫌太胖
因此開始"一天只吃一~二顆蘋果和水,還要運動2~3小時 已持續一周 已瘦4~5公斤"
的瘋狂減肥
我剛剛跟他說了一些瘋狂減重的壞處(身體變差、生理期亂掉、復胖等)
也講了一些健康減重的概念
他都懂 也承認這些壞處他已經有感覺了 但他就是無法抑制想"快速變瘦"的念頭
或許是我無法正確同理他想變瘦的念頭
但我真的不太了解 為何有這麼多女孩為了減重 連身體健康都不要
所以 想上來請教大家
我該如何跟這樣的孩子對話
如何讓他選擇"健康"的減重方式呢??
