各位好
我因病肌肉力量曾弱到很弱
這兩年才又讓腳可以走路1.5hr
但 前陣子走太多路
小腿 腳掌持續痛了大約30hr
之後5天
出外走個10min就緊
之前也遇過多次這樣的狀況
問物理治療師
他就叫我拉筋
但
回家拉筋 小腿會鬆
但大腿幾乎不會鬆
一天 應有拉個15回吧
每回4下 每下30秒
想問的是
大概花了5天才恢復
這樣的速度正常嗎
印象中
小學時 爬山爬到腳很痛
睡個覺
也沒拉筋
隔天就好了
