本身有每天固定運動的習慣,已經持續半年以上
但近來因為一些私事情緒很低落,
飯也吃不太下去,甚至晚上失眠睡不著,覺得很痛苦
已經有因為這樣瘦一公斤了
近期身體變得不太好,開始有過敏現象
想請教在這種情形下,還適合繼續運動嗎?
我很怕會蠟燭兩頭燒,
熱量吃不夠,又繼續運動,反而把身體搞壞
