水煮蛋失敗率好高呀!! - 健身

我的辦公室午餐水煮蛋煮法: 
 
器具:象印保溫瓶(不大,口徑剛好放進一顆蛋)
 
煮法:
 
(1) 9:00 把生蛋放進保溫瓶,加飲水機的100度熱水
 
(2) 10:00 第一次換水
 
(3) 11:00 第二次換水
 
(4) 12:30 沖冷水冷卻+撥殼,配中餐的水煮蛋完成 XD
 
依據多次試驗經驗,
 
只做步驟(1)的話,蛋白都會不熟
 
做到步驟(2),偶爾會不熟
 
做到步驟(3),還沒不熟過
