鄭多燕的效用 - 健身

小弟之前有在慢跑的習慣
都跑個半小時以上
大概都有6公里
不過由於也吃很多啦,沒什麼在瘦@@
不過也倒是沒有變胖,就持平..
最近有在嘗試鄭多燕,都跳第一片小紅帽那片
好像聽說那部比較算有氧
跳了一個星期後是覺得身體明顯有比較緊實,尤其下半身
不過自認有在運動,也因為之前要跑半馬前陣子練過一段時間
感覺跳鄭多燕也太累..幾乎很難撐完QQ
之前爬文爬到有人說跳鄭多燕第一片沒感覺,推薦男生跳的話可以進階比利大叔@@?
跳鄭多燕的感覺就是肌肉大爆發,非常酸,有時會有些虛脫感==
手跟腳都很沈重..
明明就有在運動,也跑過半馬,應該不至於算體力差吧..
還是剛好那幾次身體狀況差,或者是適應問題
肌肉跟跑步運用的肌肉群不一樣,適應了就好了?
目前以半小時慢跑跟鄭多燕第一片來看
感覺鄭多燕的效果蠻驚人的,不過做完倒是蠻痛苦的..
但是是沒實際量過體重兩者間的差異
你們跳鄭多燕會有一樣的感覺嗎?尤其是有定期慢跑習慣、運動的人..
還是我太胖了 171/78 這之間..
