登階運動 - 健身

原PO下班後累到不想出門...
但是又想做些有氧運動, (X-Bike在老家)
剛剛好租屋處有木箱可以踩,
所以就拿木箱來做登階運動,
第一天很累.. 大約15分鐘之後就撐不下去了,
大腿很疲勞,雖然沒流多少汗
昨天試了一下可以撐到30分鐘了,不過大約四分鐘要換腳上階,
不然會抽筋XD"
請問登階的木箱大約要多高呢? 我用的木箱約跟膝蓋一樣高
有辦法用木箱登階安排HIIT的課程嗎?
