運動時心跳未達130下 - 健身

如題
最近每天都很認真去運動
最常踩橢圓機
一次約40-50分鐘 6公里左右
心跳數最快達110下
很難達到130下
(我是看橢圓機上顯示的心跳數)
之前跑步或是騎腳踏車 心跳數也都很難達到130下
但一定持續30分鐘以上 會喘的程度
請問這樣運動效果是不是不好?
我血壓比正常值還低 但不到低血壓
心跳不快跟這有關係嗎?
