最近每天晚上都會跑步
我發現一件事,就是當晚上我吃多一點肉時, 不知道是蛋白質還是太鹽的關係
跑個一下子身體就不行了!
反之晚上吃清淡一點, 可以多跑個幾圈!
我個人覺得是蛋白質! 有其他人提供意見嗎? 謝謝
