原PO是個很瘦的瘦子(身高減體重115) 
 
 
一年前開始以增重為目的重訓&喝豆漿
 
 
不過問題來了,最近不知道是太熱還是食物太油
 
 
最近每餐都只吃一半的量就吃不太下了(我是外食一族喔)
 
 
很怕會瘦回更早以前的我(接近50公斤= =)
 
 
不知道是不是該改自己買電鍋煮飯呢?
 
 
還是該去看醫生了= =a............
