現在,注意手上還有抓出一層油XD
三餐內容
我現在都不是吃三餐都是吃5~7餐左右
基本是兩片全麥土司加兩顆茶葉蛋
一份三明治加隨便一種飲料通常都是五榖奶燕麥飲料之類的
自助餐兩碗飯三樣菜
關東煮的菜頭加一顆溫泉蛋還有一個飯糰
八寶粥加兩顆茶葉蛋
以上隨便排列組合兩小時吃一次
零食是7-11的果肉果凍通常一天會吃到兩個
桂格北海道系列麥片
全麥土司
茶葉蛋
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:1點睡9點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:基本上是有氧慢跑為主,份量是一天一小時400操場外圈22~25不等
隔天40分鐘15圈外圈,在隔天休息,然後重複
然後伏地挺身不同角度隨便排列組合大概70下左右分三次做
腹部就電腦人整組大概兩百下
背部就是下面在家重訓平平的做的那種做到力竭兩組這樣
幾乎是天天做因為隔天不太有感覺
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
飲食是這兩個禮拜變這樣
運動模式有一個多月了
其實是想問食物這樣吃會有問題嗎,我常常餓到頭暈 = =
然後不知道少吃什麼,之前健康檢查膽固醇過低醫生叫我多吃肉
可是台北外食肉很油很油,所以我都是想到就喀蛋
我有事沒事就喀土司,一天大概會喀到6~7片
可是還是會餓到頭暈
而且我實在不敢吃油脂一天只會攝取到總熱量的10%吧
是想知道自己少吃什麼,比如說維生素之類的東西,還是說單純在加量就好了?
然後這樣兩個月噴六公斤脂肪有可能嗎= =?
