體重:61~62(本來73~75)
BMI:23%
體脂率:25%

三餐內容
早餐:一杯蜂王乳+花粉
和一顆饅頭(全麥、五穀或黑糖)或是一顆藍莓貝果
午餐:1/3碗的白飯
1~2小塊的肉和半尾魚
青菜則是便當的4樣菜 或是自助餐的菜
晚餐:有時只喝一大碗的湯加青菜
有時就吃午餐的量(但再少一些)
其他:幾乎每餐都有吃水果
日常作息時間:晚上12點多睡覺白天7~8點起床
生活型態: 待業中
減肥方式:每天跟著網路上的有氧運動運動2小時
有時1個半小時(但較少)
問題陳述:
因為本身食量就不是很大
所以每一餐吃那樣就會很飽了
吃太多就會肚子很痛或是會跑廁所
但體重停在61~62已經持續快2個月了
之前是運動1小時但因為都停滯降不下去
因此才改成運動兩小時
但體重還是沒辦法往下降
想請問有哪裡是需要改善的嘛?
