婀,其實我的問題是........
我看了置底後,發現一個觀念就是運動後半小時吃點東西
但問題來了O__Q
我不知道該怎麼定義這邊的運動後......(嗚
因為我之前有慢跑的習慣,一次約跑三十分鐘吧
可是我是很容易喘的人,所以跑完之後大概還會再繼續走操場三四圈
!!!!!!!!!!可是這樣(再加上收操)就超過半小時了啊QQ
雖然這問題好像很北七........但我真的很想知道怎麼定義<運動後>
是不喘嗎?還是......??如果一跑完就開始計時會不會太嚴苛(淚
還有就是要補充哪類食品??牛奶嗎??我看到好像是什麼優質的蛋白質>///////<
(人家不知道的是運動完硬撐著不吃,我是知道後怕吃的晚了(噗
另一個問題是喝水
最近過著健康喝水的日子
早起600cc 餐前也都會喝水
可是!!!!!!!QQ我不知道餐前多久喝才好耶
(個人莫名介意這種問題........)
有人說半小時,有人說十分鐘前
還有喝的量,有人說500cc有人說別超過300cc =~=
大概是因為最近會一直看板吧,所以常看到不同的說法
最後都沒有結論QQ,不知道該信哪個
很困擾........(問問題問的好細喔我,囧)
話說真的要謝謝版大還有置底耶,我現在每天多喝水
三餐吃的開心完全不會想說要特地少吃什麼的,
反而是會怕沒吃到基代XDDDDDDDD
但就覺得很健康,心情也不錯(除了一直被一些北七問題困擾XD
