大家大概都是多久覺得 "小腹" 或是 "側腹" 贅肉開始消除?
本人是176/71 體脂16.2 基礎代謝 1605
其實整個身形因為有跑步跟一些重訓,並沒有到胖
但你們知道那種可以捏出來的側腹實在是很 囧囧
坐下椅子雖然 "只有" 隱隱約約的一圈
不過我看應該是無敵難減的一圈吧 Orz
一天三公里 - 六公里 (跑步)
飲食避免掉油炸了,(愛喝咖啡不知道會不會變成致命傷)
朋友跟我說有氧每天換不一樣的形式但都要做 (跑步-游泳-有氧體操交互)
還是重訓部分哪邊可以加強輔助減側腹脂的?
