你如果不想考驗意志力,那就把環境整理好。
這樣的體重我相信應該不是只有三餐的功勞可以堆積得出來的。
你也完全沒有提到生活作息以及三餐「以外」是否還有進食的部分。
如果要我給意見的話我會說先從生活習慣及環境整頓開始。
1.套房裡的食物除了三餐以外都讓它消失吧,然後嚴格遵守「只吃三餐」這個規則。
2.睡眠時間至少8小時,而且規律時段進入睡眠。
3.不談飲料以你的體重水要至少喝到5000,你有喝到這個數字嗎?
先做到這三項,飲食的部分把肉跟飯的比例換過來你就不會缺油脂了。
(然後不用都吃雞胸肉,豬肉牛肉海鮮都可以加入成選項。)
菜的話我倒是建議還可以再吃多一點XD多點種類也不錯。
不要把澱粉類的當菜就好,吃的時候注意一下(比如地瓜芋頭蓮藕菱角栗子)
大原則就是只吃原形食物,比例菜>肉>澱粉,
照比例吃你還能吃一杯米那就真的很厲害了XD
不想看醫生可以看營養師,觀念先建立好才來執行飲食。
單次營養師的諮詢費用並不高,可以掛醫院的營養門診或坊間的營養師單次約談
價格都在百元規模而已。
