因為工作的關係幾乎整天坐在電腦前10個小時
回家之後也需要再用一下電腦
常常腰很痠,雖然不到痛...但總覺得身體緊繃
尤其洗碗會讓我的腰更痠(我大約160公分,家裡流理台好像偏低),看復健科說 加強腹部
、腰部的肌力能改善些
所以想嘗試用練瑜珈的方式來提升肌肉強度
瑜珈墊家裡有姊姊已經遺忘已久的小粉

按摩滾筒想說買個幾百塊好用、小巧好收納的就好
畢竟我也不知道自己的毅力如何xD
有看了一些影片 很多動作感覺能練到一些核心
還能舒緩一些現在的文明病(本身有久坐的問題
想請教一下各位用哪一種的
