想在增加更多肌肉 - 健身

如題
各位巨巨們好 小弟於去年三月開始健身
目前還沒有上健身房 都是在家及公園練
平常安排課表都是參考網路上的徒手教學
會調整角度還有用彈力帶來增加負重
或是用爆發力來增加動作難度 像是
引體向上>爆發力引體>正反手交換引體
胸 腿 背 休息 胸 背 腿 視情況 一週練3~6天然後每次訓練完 會在加一組10分鐘左右的HI
當然開始有些肌肉出來 也有線條了 但是覺得還是不夠 體重也幾乎沒有增加

上圖是 去年7/23~今年2/23的身體變化
可以看的出來我這7個月增加了四公斤肌肉
但我的體重可以看出來跟本沒甚麼變
上網查說自然健身最多只能長9~23公斤的肌肉 那我想要長到70公斤是不是這輩子都不可能
目前有幾個想法 因為我的TDEE大概是2300
但我每天都吃2000左右而已
1、如果增餐的話不知道會不會加快增肌
2、加入健身房 在增加更多的負重訓練
