以前都沒有在運動
現在一周有一次上課一小時的有氧舞
因為時間關係 只能一星期再增加一次的運動
增加的部分 我該再做有氧運動 還是重訓呢?
重訓部分是想買健腹輪 有氧是想跑步或健身車
身高165 體重60
不知道有什麼建議嗎?謝謝^^
