三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:蛋 + 一根小黃瓜 + 一包ACE竹鹽酥打餅+ 一顆蘋果+ 一杯美式咖啡
午餐:牛肉(拳頭大) + 一碗青菜(高麗菜、番茄、生菜居多) + 一顆蘋果
晚餐:雞肉(拳頭大) + 一碗青菜 + 一顆蘋果+一杯美式咖啡
其他:有時候會很想吃麵包和飯,會選擇天然酵母製作的麵包和糙米飯
喜歡喝無糖豆漿和吃豆花,大概兩三天喝一次無糖豆漿和吃豆花
日常作息時間: 睡眠 00:30~07:30
早餐 07:30
中餐 12:30
晚餐 18:30
(多半會午休三十分鐘)
生活型態: 學生
運動習慣: 1.星期一、三、五、六
到女性專用健身房運動三十分鐘,至少做到心跳十秒鐘24下
2.每天跳國標舞至少一小時
我的問題:
因為要比賽和舞展,對身材的壓力越來越大,
有時候練習完,會很沮喪,我知道減肥沒有速成,
但是看著穿著舞衣的自己或是鏡子裡的自己,
就是比別人大隻,真得非常沮喪。
想要問:三個月瘦到55KG會不會很勉強?或是很快就復胖?
之前有花半年瘦了15KG,光靠飲食,但是復胖很快,
因為腦子還是胖子,瘋狂吃澱粉+不運動。
