常聽到類似的狀況,
小陳:我上週還去跑路跑耶!
小張:啊!你不是上次說膝蓋有傷嗎?
小陳:對啊!就想說剛好放假,就順便跟朋友去參加。
小張:那你跑步時,膝蓋都不會痛嗎?
小陳:多少還是會有點酸。但跑一段路後就比較好些了。
類似的狀況似乎常被拿出來討論,
受傷後該如何運動呢?
這時或許運動前後的暖身活動就扮演重要的角色了。
