之前爬文說跑步完後可以吃點東西
修補因為運動受損的部份
但是目前我的運動習慣是
一個禮拜跑5天左右
每次距離差不多是56公里
而且因為我偏向晚上跑步
所以常常跑完就10點多了
請問這樣可以晚上跑完後吃東西嗎?
還是我該改變什麼?
平常跑完吃的都是一碗熱豆漿
最多多點一份蔥蛋
