年齡:快30
身高:163
體重:很久沒量了,但我想應該是65左右
BMI:24.46
體脂率:28~32左右

三餐內容
早餐:泡桂格大燕麥片一包
午餐:自助餐(3菜1碗飯) v 鐵板麵一份(沒有青菜只有蛋)
晚餐:素食自助餐一份(6樣菜1碗飯)
我不是素食者,只是不愛吃肉而已
其他:偶爾嘴饞會喝飲料一罐(一週一次) v 生理期會吃巧克力(一月1~2次)
日常作息時間:
23:00~08:00 睡眠
09:30~18:30 v 13:00~22:00 工作 兩班制
早餐通常都是08:30吃
午餐就很不定時 12:30~16:00 都有可能
晚餐如果上早班,下班19:00就會去買晚餐;
上晚班就只有吃兩餐,15:00~18:00左右是第二餐
生活型態:
麵包店的門市小姐-除了中間休息的一小時可以坐著
其他時間都是站著或不斷走來走去陳列麵包
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
之前未上班的時候,都是會去跑步:400m跑 20圈 大約50分
現在完全沒有運動,頂多上下班走路加起來大約30分
我的問題:
上個月剛結完婚,之前為了拍婚紗有特地減肥,但拍完之後就怠惰了。
主要也是因為新的工作需要一直站著,所以每天下班雙腳都是很疲憊的,
我本來想說等雙腳適應這種工作情況,再開始重新跑步,
可是都已經一個半月了,每天下班還是覺得雙腳發熱,連走回家都很沈重。
另外中午休息時間很不固定,有時候我3點多才吃午餐,
下班根本就還不餓,但不想讓晚餐超過8點,所以還是一下班就吃。
若上晚班情況就是相反,因為想說一下就要休息了,所以中午就不打算吃,
若早上有吃,中午又吃,休息時間根本就還不餓。
所以常常就是中午餓過了,已經不餓了,才吃第二餐。
然後明明還不餓,就要吃第三餐。
主要有三個訴求
減肥:不想整天被老公唸,自己也想更輕鬆去買衣服,
也打算在懷孕前先瘦下來放 XD
省錢:本來想說去游泳,這樣腳的負擔比較小,
但是新竹的游泳池都好貴喔!如果天天游的話,負擔真的滿大的,
我們要存錢買房子養小孩,真的是錙銖必較。
不影響懷孕:要是懷孕就會停止減肥,只是擔心減肥會不容易受孕
想知道三餐要如何調整時間或者是份量比較好,或者是運動量該如何增加呢?
雖然女人一生最美的時刻已經過去了,但還是想要繼續美下去,
請大家給我建議,謝謝
