三餐內容
早餐:因為大四生~所以通常不是睡到中午就是快中午所以早餐跟午餐一起吃XDDD
午餐:住宿舍~所以幾乎都是吃外食,不是湯麵就是便當~
晚餐:同上~我一天吃兩餐而已@@
其他:每天都會喝1~2杯飲料(飲料店)+1罐水(寶特瓶600CC左右)
日常作息時間:凌晨1點多睡覺,隔天11點多起床@@,每天都睡8小時以上
生活型態:學生,目前有補習跟學車
運動習慣:一個禮拜運動3~4天,每次1~2小時
目前正在培養運動習慣@@因為學校有體適能教室,有一些健身器材外加跑步機
現在進行到的是1小時的有氧運動(踩步機跟踩腳踏車)強度現在是3
半小時左右的各種重訓健身器材,不知道正確名稱~不過幾乎都能3公斤~5公斤
左右的重量(同行的室友都沒我強XD),每種器材目前是都20下(共6種重訓)
我的問題:因為我本身有甲狀腺亢進,已經服藥3年多,但是沒有很積極服藥@@,所以目前只
從3顆藥減到一顆,數值慢慢回復正常,因為有暗戀的男生>///<所以減肥活動
已實行很多次@@每次都沒毅力!!之前半年前有去台中某個減肥診所(仁X侯醫生)
他人不錯~開的藥也會按照服藥後的情形做調整,我也有針對我的病情作說明
本來有一度胖到68公斤,但是斷斷續續服藥後減到57公斤,現在已經停藥兩個禮拜
拜,停藥後有去量體脂,那時候是38@@看完本版後才知道要注意的是體脂而非數
字,現在正在積極培養運動習慣@@但是因為甲亢的關係,所以3年前醫生警告我
不能劇烈運動,所以早已經沒運動好幾年了,雖然其中有斷斷續續健走,但是大
汗的情形很久沒有了,雖然服藥醫生都會按照情況調整,但是說真的身體狀況
會有疲倦的感覺,我也想把自己塞進去小一號的尺寸!!!!!所以目前正積極運動
剛開始都肌肉痠痛~尤其用完擴胸肌(不知道是不是這個名字)胸部上面跟肩膀
相連的那塊肌肉(好像叫胸大肌吧)一按超級痠痛!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!不過大流汗
後回寢室洗澡完感覺真棒!!尤其是運動完後每天睡覺一醒來都天亮~超好睡!!

不知道我的強度夠不夠@@因為我胃很小...所以我都會盡量吃完整個便當!
偶爾會嘴饞吃個巧克力~每天會盡量吃水果~不知道這樣夠不夠@@
會不會運動太少??請版友指點指點我~
