米飯就像糖一樣會增肥
可是 查了一下資訊 米飯澱粉類不可以吃少 想要增肌就要增重
增重的同時免不了會增脂 運動的時候會優先以碳水為能量來源
減脂就是要增加熱量缺口 要怎麼做
我每天都有吃到將近120多公克的蛋白質 白飯1/3~3/2碗
目前 身高167 體重59.5
體脂16.8 骨骼肌27.3
