運動:每天快走60分鐘,速度6.8公里 假日偶爾會去爬山約4小時
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:全麥土司2片or御飯糰+無糖高纖豆漿(7-11的)
午餐:水煮青菜2-3份+水煮雞肉or魚肉1份+糙米飯半碗 (會加一些醬料)
晚餐:無糖豆漿or水果or水煮青菜
下午會吃一點水果
日常作息時間:睡眠時間七~八小時 上班時間十小時
生活型態:上班族
問題陳述:
不好意思,我想知道這樣的飲食跟運動有沒有問題
雖然食物好像吃的不夠多,但是從小到大都一直吃不多
爬文過有網友推薦吃點零食,但是本身很不愛吃零食類的東西
偶然測了體脂肪卻發現36%很不健康
所以現在每天運動1小時,增加運動量
我想降體脂肪至少低於30%
希望大家能給點建議
