想要開始保養身體為主
不求有大肌肉
關於練腿的動作
年輕時曾在健身房蹲過體重60公斤
因為家裡空間有限
想要以最輕重量練腿
我想到我健身房深蹲或是硬舉
差不多兩腳蹲120公斤
那我直接買共兩顆30公斤啞鈴或壺鈴
用弓步蹲或保加利亞蹲
一腳不也是承擔60公斤?
請問我這想法有錯嗎?
別叫我買槓鈴,家裡就沒那麼大空間
