就我看我身邊的人練跑
以及教練課堂上帶學生慢跑的情形
一周4~5天 每次30min 大部分的人的身體是受不了的
(也可能是來修這堂課的人 普遍不愛運動啦...)

這是我之前寫的
如果只有小腿痠 基本上姿勢可以改進的是
「練習用大腿帶動小腿」
可以想像一下 一個站著的人 如果把大腿抬起來 小腿會很自然的被帶到前面
健走跟慢跑的時候都一樣
可以試著練習用大腿帶動小腿
小腿基本上不負責往前的力量 只負責支撐身體 主要的前進是由大腿負責
另外就是步頻跟擺手
步頻的部分在上一篇文章有提到 用擺手去控制 盡量讓它加快
擺手的部份上一篇也提到了 擺手對速度的影響其實很可觀的 不要小看它
