想知道版上大家DIY減肥的成效 - 健身

如題
我自己曾參加過一個健康減脂or健身的課程
過程中有教練每週教導正確觀念、每週個人諮詢、
安排運動、飲食日誌等等,感覺還不錯
但是要錢XD
我有個很"寬"又有三高的朋友
推薦給他這個課程,但他堅持要DIY
明明他之前DIY成效完全看不出來= =
真的很想很想幫他..
想問各位版友,
有多少人是靠這版上的資訊讓自己瘦的很滿意、解決三高呢?
想說推薦這個版給他看
提出這問題不是質疑版上提供的知識
資訊很好,但是人性和現實才是最大挑戰啊...
有教練幫你做個人安排,外加每週給你恩威並施讓你乖乖聽話XD..
感覺和自己DIY或者LINE減肥團比真的有差~_~
