想練臀部有辦法放推槓鈴深蹲嗎 - 健身

想了解如果想要把屁股練翹
是否能夠透過單邊的運動(分腿蹲)
加上硬舉,壺鈴或是臀推,
cable,高腳杯深蹲等動作達成呢?
並不是不想練好槓鈴深蹲 :(
而是擔心自己花太多時間一直喬
(在無法請教練的情況下)
因動作有誤而臀無感的狀況下
是否有替代的動作
能夠訓練到槓鈴深蹲的臀推部位
因為目前自己看過的教練或是國外健身網紅
都還沒有看過有人是翹臀
但是不特別練槓鈴深蹲的
想問問看版上的大神們...
