身高:165
體重:58
作息:很難晚上十二點以前準時睡覺的學生
三餐:
早餐:無糖豆漿、茶葉蛋 或 起司蛋土司或鮮蔬三明治
中餐:自助餐 或 乾麵類的
晚餐:紅豆薏仁鮮奶 或 滷味(兩樣青菜加麵)不加醬 或 水果吃到飽
偶爾練完球會根系籃的朋友吃宵夜(唉 希望可以戒掉 )
運動量:
一、四、六 操場十圈跑走
二、三 系籃練球
之前因為打工很忙很累有瘦過一陣子
不過這學期壓力大亂吃又胖了
想要瘦健康的瘦六到八公斤
不知道這樣做會瘦嗎? 希望一個月可以瘦一到兩公斤
希望可以健康的瘦下來
還有想要問大家
因為想說不要太晚吃晚餐都會在六點吃完晚餐七點多去跑步
但有時候都會覺得胃有點痛痛的
有什麼好的建議嗎?? 還是要先跑完再吃晚餐
可是最近天氣好熱好早跑步感覺會更黑 = =
