三餐內容 (NOW)
早餐:常常沒有吃 / 一瓶草莓優酪乳+法國麵包+黃油/麥當勞早餐(兩個蛋堡一
杯柳橙汁和一杯熱巧克力)
午餐:辛拉麵+豬肉片或蛋一顆/日式炸雞便當(三樣小菜)+可樂餅/麥當勞九塊雞塊套餐
晚餐:兩菜或三菜(有一盤會是燙青菜 另兩排則是肉類為主)
一湯(人參紅棗雞湯或蘿蔔排骨湯)自己煮
/ 若是外食就是一客肋眼牛排(付薯條和莎拉
)加一杯葡萄酒加上前菜(洋蔥湯 或鵝肝醬麵包等等)OR甜點
三餐內容 修正版
早餐: 蜂蜜檸檬水一大杯(500CC) + 家樂氏牛奶餅乾加牛奶
法國麵包配黃油
牛角麵包一個
桂格麥片一包 四者擇一
(加註 黃油由兩星期幹掉一盒250G 改成一個月一盒 要減量)
午餐: 麥當勞套餐嚴禁 改選雞肉番茄蛋三明治加水果沙拉(三到五樣不等)+無糖飲料
晚餐: 飯量減少到最多只能吃普通碗的一碗半
早點午點: 肚子真的很餓的時候買一個墨西哥雞肉捲吃(約十五公分長)
星巴克熱巧克力在那個來的時候允許自己喝個一兩次 其餘星巴克甜點嚴禁
麵包店甜點一個月至多吃四個
天天都要吃水果 找部到想吃得就啃一顆蘋果
日常作息時間:現在學業幾乎告一段落(剩下論文) 實習打工時間不定 早上八
點半到九點起床 不過希望可以提早至七點來晨跑 晚上通常都一到兩點睡(容易失眠)
生活型態:最胖時期是七十三公斤 前年底去年初因為得了甲狀腺機能亢進並且發作
所以一個月掉了十六公斤(但本人沒察覺 是昏倒好幾次在地鐵去看醫生檢查後得知
因為瘦的時候 肥肉還是在 體型沒有改變) 吃藥吃一年多 現在病情穩定 也胖回來了(冏)
醫生說可以正常運動 現在又時間充裕 所以希望可以排個表單照表操課
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
腳踏車一星期一次 約四十五分鐘 平均時速二十二公里(心跳數120-135左右)
瑜珈 一星期一次 一次兩小時
(以上都是上個月開始)
從現在開始: 要一星期四次快走一次四十五到六十分鐘 (早上七點到八點
或晚上九點到十點)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我是否食量有點過大 因為跟別的女生朋友比起來 我真的吃得比她們多
希望能培養良好的運動習慣 昨天去慢跑發現跑不起來太喘五分鐘後只能快走
快走三十分鐘 就覺得必須休息了 非常之累!! 覺得自己體力怎麼那麼差
因此決定一星期找三天 一次三十分鐘 不知道夠不夠? 還有就是所謂的少量多餐
是否晚上就必須吃少少呢 因為晚上做飯 總是想吃得很開心 ...
禁止麥當勞 肯德基(不能在吃六塊桶當正餐)
