感謝大家的回文....
我今天早上一起床就衝去住家附近的康氏美量體脂
但是量完的結果真是太讓人晴天劈靂了!!!!!
年齡:25歲/女
身高:166cm
體重:59kg!!!!!!!!!
體脂肪:29
肌肉比重:27.8
BMI:21.6
基代:1276
看到體重我實在太驚恐了.....這比我有運動還足足重了5公斤
我現在心情實在非常沮喪...
決定要減肥!!!我想要至少回到55公斤阿
我大概定了一下減肥食譜
早餐:花生厚片+茶葉蛋
午餐:自助餐(半晚飯+2~3樣菜+一樣肉)/餛飩乾麵/或者不知道大家有什麼建議
晚餐:無糖優酪乳+芭樂一顆+些許小蕃茄
運動習慣:一週三次會去上拳擊有養/曲線槓鈴/瑜珈
問題:
1.通常大家運動時間都是在什麼時候呢?像我多半運動完就是中午,接著就吃中餐...
但我不知道為什麼有運動後體重直升,不過目前我的肉都算緊實...
所以我就有幻覺以為自己還算瘦...ORZ...0
2.我常常吃點東西就很容易飽,不過過不久就會餓..就會想要找小零食吃
另外我真的太難戒掉甜食阿..請問有沒有什麼替代方法呢
3.另外,我目前是否還要做什麼運動呢
