想要提臀瘦腿要選x-bike還是小迷跑? - 健身

原PO身高168,體重53
礙於平常下班後須帶小孩無法外出運動,所以希望選擇室內健身器材
可能跟上了年紀也有關係,雖然不胖,但大腿至膝蓋的肉很鬆弛
脂肪大多囤積在腹、臀、大腿
所以希望選擇可以緊實大腿跟翹臀為主的健身器材
居住的地方是大樓,以所產生噪音最低為原則(運動時間多為晚上九點半過後)
原本考慮x-bike,但他缺乏翹臀功能
考量小迷跑是因為我喜歡健走,是我有空時的主要運動方式
備註:原PO膝蓋不好
以上需求,想請教版友,x-bike和小迷跑何者比較適合我呢?
又小迷跑以x-bike還是lafit為佳?或有其他推薦品牌嗎?
