借這篇討論一下
前兩天的康熙來了,kimiko 所謂的56公斤卻只有十六趴的體重跟體脂
只聽到那些女藝人說怎麼可能?騙人的吧?
然後講完還是一聽到 "運動" 兩字就昏昏欲睡
堅持只是啥過五不食、抬腿哪邊就可以局部瘦等等觀念
有興趣的版友可以去康熙板看看片段
其實 Kimiko 教的觀念很基本,還為了懶惰的女孩造了小運動把戲
有時候,"強烈的動機" 真的對女孩子來說很必要
不然往往在這邊說破了嘴也沒用 ~_~
