想詢問運動效率的問題 - 健身

不好意思想請問各位
因為最近比較積極想要減脂
所以特別注意了一下運動熱量消耗
發現我跑五公里時
可能因為已經有長年慢跑習慣
完全不會覺得喘
但是熱量消耗卻可以到兩百多

另外我也有在做一些APP裡的訓練計畫
有一些全身性的運動,同時包含多項肌力鍛鍊的
做完根本喘到不行
有時波比還會偷休息
但是熱量消耗卻只有一百出頭

我自己是「感覺」後者比較有訓練到
但是如果近期目標是減脂的話
是否繼續慢跑的效率會比較好呢?
