想請問plank與運動傷害 - 健身

最近這兩週在家嘗試做最基本的 plank 的動作,
就是面朝地板,用雙前臂與兩腳腳尖四點支撐的那種。
單次時間也不長,約一分半到兩分鐘左右,通常一回也就
只做一次,每天大約做個兩三回。但這兩天背部脊椎處,
相對於正面胸骨下緣和骨盆上緣中間,也就是量腰圍時布尺
會經過的高度處,出現了不適感。
主狀況是腰向後彎時會覺得脊椎似乎有「擠壓」的
痛感,不知道是不是因為 plank 姿勢不正確所造成的?
因為人在國外就醫較不方便,這種狀況是否可以透過休息
減輕?
ps 或許是我錯覺,但覺得這兩週做了這個姿勢和短短幾分鐘的改良式
橋式,縮腰圍的效果還不錯。
