想請問吃全素的飲食 - 減肥

最近正在減肥,但是吃全素飲食真的很難搭配
素菜很多都很油或是都是澱粉
蛋白質也很難取得
蛋奶、乳清等等都不行(吃素是因為宗教信仰,全家都吃全素)
我現在的飲食:
早餐是喝無糖豆漿搭配燕麥片,大約半杯馬克杯
午餐帶便當(前天晚餐的剩菜,吃的份量跟晚餐差不多)
晚餐吃家裡,飯只吃半碗,然後狂吃青菜,不碰素菜(但會被家人罵浪費,偶爾還是得吃給家人看)
但老實說,我吃這樣真的很容易餓...
現在我能想到的蛋白質來源:豆漿、豆腐、各種豆類(常吃毛豆)
朋友們飲食控制都是靠吃蛋、肉等來增加飽足感
但我真的沒有辦法,不吃澱粉我真的沒辦法吃飽
唯一能想到的辦法就是改成吃糙米或地瓜
想請問有沒有版友是吃「全素」,能夠分享一下經驗的,謝謝
