想請問手肘有無訓練方法 - 健身

有時候投籃練久了
二頭肌隔壁的手肘部位 也就是手肘內側 (外側就是可以幹人拐子的部位)
手肘內側的筋會感到些許疼痛 疼痛程度依投籃多寡而不一樣
我是因為投籃時要求自己右手伸直才會有這問題的
想請問一下各位
手肘內側部位是否可以透過一些訓練來增強呢
