體脂率:32% 生理期前

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:通常都是 無糖高纖豆漿*1+三角飯糰*1
或是饅頭夾蛋夾起四+無糖豆漿
偶爾會吃一份蔥抓餅加蛋
午餐:學校自助餐(三樣青菜+白飯)
不夠飽就再加一瓶無糖高纖豆漿
晚餐:學校自助餐(三樣青菜+白飯)
真的很不餓時會只吃 無糖高纖豆漿+三角飯糰
其他:晚上到了八九點時會嘴饞
會吃旺旺仙貝之類的零食兩三包或是喝無糖豆漿
日常作息時間:平常都是12:00左右上床睡覺 早上約莫7:00~8:00起床
假日會比較晚睡 大約1:00 早上就會9:00才起床
遇到期中期末考時會熬夜
生活型態:
我還是研究生 目前在放暑假 生活作息應該算正常
偶爾太熱會忍不住買手搖杯飲料來喝 但會挑無糖跟沒有奶精的飲料
偶爾會吃一次吃到飽大餐 頻率約2個月一次
運動習慣:
從下定決心減肥以來
已經運動持續大約兩個月了
每天都是跳一場~兩場的鄭多燕(全身運動(紅衣)+啞鈴)
最近還會加幾個動作 用啞鈴(保特瓶0.65kg)練手臂肌肉
大約是30~50分鐘 心跳數剛開始跳時都不會喘 到最後面幾個動作時才會到120左右
在學校時會下午去用跑步機 只能用30分鐘 速度6 心跳大約100上下 會流汗腳也會痠
我的問題:
我剛開始減肥時(兩個月前)是63kg 體脂肪36%
一開始飲食上沒有任何調整 就正常的吃 只是戒掉飲料 或是都改無糖
可是跳鄭多燕一個月後 體重沒有任何的下降 體脂肪只降到34%
因為我國小~國中時,當了七年的游泳選手
每天的運動量都很大(20000m左右)
退出泳隊後就胖起來了 (最胖到65kg)
曾經用不健康的方法瘦到55kg
想當然爾馬上又胖回來了
因此我在想是不是還要配合節食 跟增加運動量
就開始每天紀錄卡洛里 大約都吃1000~1300 偶爾飆到1500
然後體重就慢慢下降到現在的59kg
可是認識本版後 才知道節食不是好方法
我想要瘦的健康、有線條
我的問題在於,
1.我目標是想將體脂率下降到20%上下,可是運動後變化不大
我想知道我目前的運動量夠不夠?
2.飲食方面要做調整嗎?
