想請問錯誤減肥之後應該如何更正 - 健身

朋友沒有帳號我代發問
我的朋友去年二月開始減肥
她用的就是少吃多運動的方式
少吃是一天攝取的應該不到800卡
當時她的體重是快破百,身高168
到去年十月左右減到約64
我想請問的是雖然減了35公斤左右
是不是都瘦到肌肉
另外如果要提高基代還有補救方式嗎
我有跟她說一定要吃飯
還有因為她本身有在運動,所以一天攝取的一定要超過她的基礎代謝約200-300卡
請教版上的朋友
她要如何補救呢?
另外去年8月我也開始減肥
因為我有看這個版
雖然我減的很慢
可是我在健身房量身肌代都沒降
開始減肥時我91,163公分,體脂38
現在是77.5左右,體脂33左右
一個星期約運動4天,去curves約3-4天
吃飯完全正常吃
一月到三月我整個當廢人亂吃一通
體脂都沒啥變
我真的很慶幸我有按照正確的方式減肥
另外我真的很不喜歡重訓
可是為了身體還是會去那裡重訓
雖然可能對版上的神人而言
curves是很輕度的
可是對我來說好痛苦
不論如何
我真的真的很感謝這個版
