先放上自己在醫院量的inbody
沒錯小弟就是個名副其實的泡芙人大概就跟胖普烏一樣吧
大概前年底開始加入健身房
主要做自己摸索做一些重訓
一年多來
體重確實有下降
但是體脂率下降的卻不多
而且肌肉也有跟著掉一些
研判是我營養不夠的關係
我想大方向還是以減脂為主
要增肌減脂好像很難
看起來趨勢有往變好的情況
但是我估一下 這樣我要減到體脂就算30
根本還需要很長久的時間
甚至看不到終點
所以想來請益大家
我自己又是很討厭有氧的人
目前因為疫情沒上醫院去量
家中體重計體重大約降到85了
這兩個月有加入一點微有氧
鍛鍊完走20-30分跑步機
還有飯量減少
但不知道是不是又瘦到肌肉那部分
因為沒量也不得而知
一週大概三四練 大概分胸背腿輪流
想請教大家一個月穩定減1-1.5公斤的脂肪
這樣的目標大概要怎麼達到或是大概怎樣的訓練呢
