身高體重約157/49 體脂肪26.2
前兩年加入wg 但沒有買教練課就是自己跑跑步做做運動這樣
今年底要結婚 想降體重及體脂
wg已到期 因為沒有很常使用所以沒有想再綁約的想法
想請教版上大大以我的狀況
如果要找私人教練幫我訓練還需要場地的話 怎麼做會比較好呢?
我位於永和 交通30分鐘內都可以接受
